Megan is a Clinical and Health psychologist who has worked for over 10 years in the public health system. She provides psychological services to adults with a variety of mental health conditions, ranging from the more common depression and anxiety disorders, to more severe mental illness, trauma, and complex physical health issues.
Megan works from a psychodynamic perspective. She takes a holistic view of people to help them find patterns in the emotions, thoughts and beliefs that may have begun in early life but are influencing their current self and relationships. Her practice is also informed by evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness-based therapies.
In her personal time, Megan enjoys being active, attending all sorts of musical performances, and enjoying the wonderful Melbourne dining scene.
