Sophie has been working in community nutrition for the past 3.5 years, after graduating from the Masters of Dietetics at Deakin University in 2015. She enjoys working one-on-one with clients, and also delivering seminars and workshops for larger audiences. She has a keen personal interest in sports nutrition after competing in rowing for a number of years, and is enthralled by the emerging evidence around the importance of gut health in both physical and mental health.

Sophie has been competing in surf boat rowing for the past 5 years, and has represented Australia in both surf boats and river rowing. When she’s not rowing she enjoys taking her dog, Nala, to the park, going for walks, drinking coffee and wine (usually separately), and spending time at the beach.
